Library membership is required to borrow materials. Members are responsible for ensuring that any items borrowed are returned on or before the due date. Access to digital resources may be restricted to authorized users.
All books, magazines, digital media, and other materials are the property of the library. Members may not remove or damage any property belonging to the library. Borrowed materials should be handled with care and returned in the condition they were loaned.
Access to e-books, databases, and other digital content is restricted to authorized members. Sharing login credentials or attempting to bypass digital security measures is strictly prohibited.
All library users must respect the rights of others. Disruptive behavior, including loud talking, cell phone use, and misuse of library equipment, is not allowed.
Overdue materials are subject to fines. Members with overdue items or unpaid fines may have their borrowing privileges suspended until the matter is resolved. Replacement fees will be charged for lost or damaged items.
The library reserves the right to modify its hours of operation and close for public holidays or special events. Notice of closures will be posted on the library’s website.
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the library’s resources implies acceptance of any changes to these terms.
